Abu Dhabi, August 18 / WAM / The education interface platform announced the success of the first version of the National Finance Pioneers (NYFP), which was developed within the platform initiatives, and in partnership with the first Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and with the support of the Ministry of Education, according to the vision of the rational leadership in promoting and empowering Emirati youth to contribute to the process of sustainable and comprehensive development in the United Arab Emirates.

This qualitative initiative came as an actual translation of the state’s agenda in preparing a conscious leadership generation capable of supporting the economy of the future, as it targeted a group of students from the eleventh and twelfth classes of citizens, according to a vision that intersects with the strategic goals of the education interface platform, Abu Dhabi First Bank and the Ministry of Education in the areas of societal empowerment, institutional responsibility, development of national talents, and enhancing the economic and professional readiness of the youth.

The program was distinguished by its integrated institutional methodology that brought together academic empowerment, leadership and vocational evaluation and field experience within a real banking environment.

The program was based on an accurate scientific nomination and filtering system, which started with a list of more than 600 male and female students from the state level, they were previously nominated by the Ministry of Education based on academic performance and students then underwent several stages of qualitative evaluation, included an initial liquidation process based on academic rates (above (95%), resulted in 400 candidates and then the stage of evaluation of professional orientation The sectoral and a comprehensive comparison of the training backgrounds and previous participations in the training programs and an advanced strategic evaluation of an academic article and the evaluation of leadership capabilities and professional vision.

Among the most important outcomes of this pioneering national program is that outstanding students obtaining official certificates, embodying their success in overcoming the strict standards of the program, as they were given an exclusive opportunity to join a flexible training program in the first branches of Abu Dhabi Bank and thus the NYFP program represents a detailed step in efforts to build the next generation of national leaders in the financial sector, and establishes a founding model pioneering to integrate between the governmental and private sectors, And promoting the participation of citizens in the leadership of the transformation towards a global competitive knowledge economy. It thus embodies the long -term vision of the Emirates in enabling young energies, linking education to the reality of the labor market, and investing in the Emirati talent as a driving force for the future.
