Hair is an important part of human beauty, whether for a man or a woman, and caring for it reflects the health of the body and the person’s interest in its appearance. The hair care methods differ according to its type (fat, dry, ordinary, curly …), but there are basics that everyone should follow to maintain healthy and beautiful hair.

First: Clean the hair

Hair should be washed regularly using a shampoo suitable for hair type.

It is not preferable to wash the hair daily to avoid its dryness, and two to three times a week.

Use lukewarm water instead of hot, because hot water weakens hair follicles.

Second: moisturizing the hair

It is recommended to use the conditioner after shampoo to soften the hair and reduce its tangle.

Use natural masks and oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, argan oil once a week nourishes the hair and maintains its moisture.

Third: Avoid harmful factors

Reducing the use of thermal styling tools (stopping, iron), as it weakens the hair and causes it to split.

Stay away from the dyes and strong chemicals as possible.

Cover the hair when exposed to the sun or dust to protect it from dryness and damage.

Fourth: Good nutrition

Hair needs feeding from the inside, so it is recommended to eat foods rich in:

Protein (such as eggs, meat and lentils)

Vitamin A and E

Iron and zinc

Drink enough water daily to keep the hair moisturizing from the inside.

Fifth: Care during combing and demobilization

Gently comb the hair, especially wet, to avoid hair loss.

Use a brush or comb with wide teeth and suitable for hair type.

Begin to loosen the tangles from the ends up.

Sixth: Cut the ends of the hair

Cut the ends of the hair every 6 to 8 weeks helps to get rid of split ends and stimulates healthy hair growth.
