Tara Imad .. From the fashion show to complex roles in drama and cinema

A new character in “What you see is not as it seems”
In the series “What you see is not as it seems” shown on the “witness” platform, Tara appears in the story of Just You with Sarah’s character, the strong journalist, but in the depth she is fighting a struggle with her fears and her internal weakness.
Tara described this experience as one of the closest stations to her soul, where she lived in the depth of the character in depth, until she wrote diaries on the tongue of “Sarah” to dive more in her world.
Intensive preparations and difficulties in front of the camera
Since her first reading of the scenario, Tara felt a strong attraction, confirming that she had finished reading the five episodes in one session without stopping. She used her background to study the press and the experience of her mother’s press to understand the nature of the profession, as well as lengthy preparations with the director Jamal Khuzaym.
The most difficult moments were the first day of filming, when she faced scenes charged with passion, but she came out of him more powerful and confident in the remainder of the work.
Backstage is full of energy and cooperation
Tara praised the cooperation with director Khuzaym, who gave her a wide area of experimentation, which reflected positively on her performance. It also talked about the youthful work atmosphere that carried a lot of vitality and mutual encouragement.
As for her relationship with the artist Amr Gamal, she confirmed that she had known him for more than ten years, and she had previously worked with him in “Sustz in Arabic”, but their meeting in Just You was deeper and more mature.
Ambition towards the world and a message to the public
Despite her success in Arab drama, Tara continues European and American cinema and wishes to participate in international works. But it believes that each step has its own timing.
On the character of “Sarah”, she says that psychological roles have a long impact on the actor, admitting that she is sometimes returning from photography loaded with the shadows of the character, so she tries to learn to separate the work and her private life.
Tara sent a message to the audience: “What we see is not always the full truth. Don’t always believe what it seems before you.”
