Leadership "Ajman Finance" His 3th meeting of 2025 will be held
Ajman, September 29/ WAM/ The Finance Department in Ajman held the meeting of its third league leadership council for the year 2025 headed by Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, representative of Ajman Ruler for Administrative and Financial Affairs, head of the department and the presence of His Excellency Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director General of the Department, and a number of directors of departments, as part of its efforts to enhance the efficiency of financial performance and establish good governance practices in the emirate.
The agenda included discussing the recommendations of the previous meeting, following up on the developments of projects until the second quarter, and reviewing strategic directions and development plans for the next stage in order to support the achievement of the emirate’s vision in building an innovative and sustainable financial system that enhances the competitiveness of Ajman locally and globally.
The meeting dealt with the latest developments in the field of risks and the application of the internal audit plan for the current year, as well as a review of the financial performance of the expenses balance for the second quarter 2025 and the strategic framework of the department.
The meeting reviewed the accomplishments of the department, as Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi received a number of international awards shields, in appreciation of his continuous support for the process of institutional excellence and government innovation at the emirate level.
During the last period, the department has achieved qualitative achievements by obtaining the award for the best project team among the awards of the best British business for the “Resources System – Al -Sahabi” project, which is an integrated platform to support government agencies in the financial fields, human resources and purchases.
The department won the Golden Award for the Best World Excellence Awards for the “Supply Platform” project for the registration and rehabilitation of suppliers, in order to enhance the efficiency and transparency of government purchases.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi expressed his pride in these achievements, stressing the importance of continuing efforts to improve institutional work in accordance with the best international standards.
He expressed pride in the achievements achieved by the Finance Department that reflects its firm commitment to excellence and innovation, stressing the keenness to continue to support these efforts to ensure the achievement of the best financial and administrative practices, and to enhance Ajman’s position as a leading position in sustainable government financial performance.
For his part, His Excellency Marwan Al -Ali said that the meeting of the Leadership Council is a pivotal station to follow up on projects, evaluate financial performance, and enhance governance and translates the department’s keenness to achieve the strategic goals of the emirate
He referred to the department’s commitment to see the wise leadership in adopting the latest digital solutions supporting the smart transformation in order to build a sustainable government that contributes to enhancing the quality of life in Ajman.
He pointed out that the achievements achieved by the department reflect the efforts of the creative work teams in the department and their dedication to work in the spirit of one team and cooperation to achieve the emirate’s aspirations towards a more distinctive and innovative future.
