"Dubai Ambulance" Showcasing an innovative project in "GITEX Global 2025"

Dubai, 13 October / WAM / During its participation in the “GITEX Global 2025” exhibition held in Dubai, the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services reviewed its innovative project in developing a predictive model based on spatial artificial intelligence (Geospatial AI), with the aim of raising the efficiency of planning and strategic decision-making processes within its advanced operational system.
His Excellency Mishal Julfar, Executive Director of the Foundation, confirmed that the project embodies the directions of the Dubai government in adopting the latest artificial intelligence technologies and big data analysis within the government digital transformation system, indicating that the Foundation seeks through it to achieve a qualitative shift in the strategic planning of ambulance services.
He explained that this model was designed to take advantage of the capabilities of geographic information systems (GIS) in analyzing huge operational data related to reports and locations of current ambulance stations, in addition to road data, population census, and demographic distribution, in order to predict the volume of demand for ambulance services until the end of 2026.
He added that this analytical model will allow the work team to evaluate and improve the current distribution and coverage models in line with the expected urban and population growth, noting that the project will contribute to identifying the best locations for establishing new ambulance stations, and improving the distribution of resources to ensure rapid response and enhance the quality of services provided to the community.
