“SADAFCO”: Ending the procedures for liquidating a subsidiary in Qatar “optional”

The Saudi Dairy and Food Products Company announced "SADAFCO" Completion of the procedures required to liquidate a company "SADAFCO Qatar"and the cancellation of the commercial register by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

The company had announced on November 7, 2024, the Board of Directors’ decision to liquidate its subsidiary. "SADAFCO Qatar" Optionally.
