Ukraine.. Four killed and 12 injured in an explosion at a train station

Four people were killed and 12 others were injured An explosive device carried by a 23-year-old man exploded at a train station in northern Ukraine while checking passenger documents on Friday, according to police.
The police issued a statement saying: "Border guards were checking Two train passengers when one of them took out an explosive device on the platform (at the station), before it exploded, killing him and three women"
Ukrainian media reported that the explosive charge was Hand grenade.
