The following is its text: With regard to what was monitored by the Joint Incidents Assessment Team in the report of the Expert Group on Yemen issued on (01/26/2016 AD), which includes the date (09/27/2015 AD) Air strikes targeted the villages of Bani Zaila and Zaila near the Yemeni-Saudi border. By studying the air missions carried out by the coalition forces on (09/27/2015 AD), which is the date mentioned in the claim, it became clear to the joint team that the coalition forces did not carry out any air missions over the villages of (Bani Zaila’ and (Zila’).

By studying the air missions carried out by the coalition forces for the day before and the day after the date mentioned in the claim, the joint team found the following:
1. On September 26, 2015, one day before the date mentioned in the claim, the coalition forces did not carry out any air missions over the Midi District.
2. On September 28, 2015, one day after the date mentioned in the claim, the coalition forces did not carry out any air missions over the Midi District.
