DAE, the global aviation services company, today announced the results of its business and commercial operations for the full year 2025.
DAE Capital:
• Signing and completing a company acquisition deal Nordic Aviation Capital Worth two billion dollars
• Acquisition of 280 aircraft (261 owned; 19 managed)
• 112 aircraft sold (95 owned; 17 managed)
• Signing 273 lease, extension and amendment agreements (227 owned; 46 managed)
• Signing and completing a long-term sale and leaseback deal for ten Boeing 737-9 aircraft with United Airlines. United Airlines
• Leasing ten Boeing 737-8 aircraft to a company AJet With a long-term contract
• Pricing the issuance of asset-backed bonds (ABS) for aircraft worth $610 million divided into two tranches, for the benefit of a client whose assets are managed by the company.
DAE Engineering:
• Recording more than 1.8 million working hours
• Conducting more than 320 aircraft inspections
• Serving more than 60 airlines from more than 30 countries on 5 continents
• Opening of a new five-lane hangar, increasing capacity by 30%
Group:
• Raised $3.9 billion in financing through borrowing with a weighted average maturity of 5.3 years
• It entered the sukuk market by issuing reference sukuks worth $650 million for a period of 5 years
• Obtained a positive outlook from the credit rating agency KBRA
