DUBAI, 18 March / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, approved the allocation of 4,631 residential plots of land for citizens, worth 5.3 billion dirhams, extending over an area of more than 71 million square feet in the areas of Al Ayyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif, as part of housing packages for citizens in the Emirate of Dubai, according to a pioneering development model that reflects Dubai’s approach to developing comprehensive residential communities that provide a living experience. In addition, 1,761 residential plots of land will be allocated in Latifa City, with an area of 28 million square feet, including mosques, various parks, and a green path, in addition to commercial centers, a school, early childhood centers, a community neighborhood council, and a Holy Quran memorization center.
The Mushrif area includes 330 residential plots of land with an area of 4 million square feet, and includes two mosques, a family park, and a commercial complex, in addition to multiple infrastructure facilities.
