Russia also strongly condemned the attack in Syria, and Zakharova stressed that the armed elements would not have dared to attack Launching the attack without external support; The Russian diplomat said: “There is a clear Ukrainian impact.” Regarding foreign fighters. For its part, Damascus confirmed that it maintains close political and military coordination with Moscow in order to resolve the situation.

It is worth noting that the Astana talks were launched in 2017.
