المملكة: Enhancing efficiency to achieve excellence in the Al-Haramain system

The head of religious affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, stressed the importance of enhancing efficiency and governance of operational performance in the religious work system according to religious specializations, in order to achieve quality and excellence in the services provided to visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
This came during a series of workshops organized by the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, following the issuance of the Council of Ministers’ approval of the organizational arrangements for the Presidency.
The workshops aim to study the organizational structure, procedures, policies, powers, and workforce planning, which contributes to enhancing coordination between religious agencies and departments to achieve integration in performance.

Kingdom Vision 2030

The workshops included several agencies, including the Agency for Imams and Muezzins, the Agency for Libraries, the Agency for Scientific Research, Publications and Publishing, the Agency for Languages ​​and Translation, the Agency for Intellectual Security and Moderation, and the Agency for Women’s Affairs, in addition to the General Administration for Qur’an Affairs. During the workshops, the roles of the agencies, their administrative and religious needs, and ways to Developing institutional performance.
Al-Sudais explained that these efforts come within the framework of achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, stressing the need to raise the level of religious services provided to visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
The workshops concluded with a number of recommendations aimed at developing administrative work and enhancing integration between various agencies, which contributes to achieving the aspirations of the wise leadership, improving visitors’ experience, and achieving the best organizational and administrative practices.
