China sent 14 warships and 4 balloons near our border
China sent 14 warships, seven military aircraft, and four balloons near Taiwan between Saturday and Sunday, according to the Taiwanese Ministry of Defense, as Beijing intensifies pressure on the island, which it considers part of its territory.
China’s military activities come amid speculation that Beijing may organize military exercises around the island in response to Taiwanese President Lai Ching-tei’s visit to his allies in the Pacific region, including US stops in Hawaii and Guam.
