Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi visits the Sharjah Oil Department

Sharjah, December 18 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Head of the Oil Department, confirmed that all the department’s projects, and based on the general directives of the Energy Council in its last meeting chaired by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince Al-Ahed, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Council, is proceeding in an integrated manner according to its plans to push the oil sector in the emirate towards further development, which enhances the contribution of this vital sector. In the wheel of the economy and achieving leadership by providing sustainable and clean energy, as part of the strategy of the Emirate of Sharjah to work to promote all development sectors and preserve the environment.

This came during His Highness’s visit, today, Wednesday, to the Sharjah Oil Department, where he was received by Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Oil Department, Hatem Al Mousa, Director General of the Department, Executive Director of the Sharjah National Oil Corporation, and Khamis Abdullah Al Mazrouei, Deputy The Executive Director of the Foundation, and a number of officials in the department.

During his meeting with officials in the department and the corporation, His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi was briefed on the most prominent technical and specialized projects being worked on in the vital sectors of the oil sector. His Highness directed work on the Emiratisation file in the department and enhancing the work of national cadres in it, as well as coordination and integration between the department and institutions. different, which contributes to enhancing cooperation in various projects; Energy plays a pivotal role in the success of all development plans.

During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi learned about the efforts made by the department in a number of specialized technical and technical fields, in addition to the human resources sector, administrative operations, and future plans to advance administrative efforts and achieve the goals set within the scope of the department’s work and its various projects.

He congratulated His Highness, Head of the Oil Department, Khamis Al Mazrouei, on his assignment to his new duties within the department’s staff, wishing him and all employees in the department and the corporation good luck and success and contributing to the promotion and development of performance.
