At 79 years old.. The death of Egyptian popular singer Ahmed Adawiya

Egyptian popular singer Ahmed Adawiya passed away on Sunday evening, at the age of 79, after a struggle with illness.
Singer Muhammad Adawiya, son of the late singer, announced the death of his father, through his account on the Facebook application.
He wrote: “May God have mercy on you, Baba. May God have mercy on the kind-hearted, tender-hearted, and compassionate.”
Director Amr Salama also announced the news of Adawiya’s death via his official Facebook account, and wrote: “We belong to God and to Him we shall return. Ahmed Adawiya’s uncle, the father of my friend and my brother, the star Muhammad Adawiya, has passed away.”
