403 million dirhams net profits "Empore" During the first half
Dubai, August 5/ WAM/ The Emirates Central Code Corporation “Embower”, listed in the Dubai Financial Market, recorded a net profit after the tax of 403 million dirhams during the first half of this year, with a growth of 3.4%, compared to the same period in the year 2024.
According to a press release issued today, the profit before the tax amounted to 442 million dirhams, with a growth of 3.3% compared to the first half of last year.
The company recorded total revenues of 1.453 billion dirhams, an increase of 7.5% compared to the same period last year 2024, while profits before deducting interest, taxes, depreciation and consumption of 719 million dirhams, with a growth of 3.6%.
His Excellency Ahmed bin Shafar, CEO of “Embower”, said that the exceptional performance of “Embower” in the first half of 2025 reflects the durability of its integrated business model, its ability to cope with efficiently with changes in market dynamics and the needs of customers, and the institution’s continuous success is based on its advisory strategy and its operational distinction and its ability to devise the sustainable value of the momentum of the real estate sector.
