The drug body responds to 100% of the inquiries received from the government complaints system

The Egyptian Pharmaceutical Authority announced that it has dealt with high efficiency with nearly 13,700 inquiries and complaints since the activation of the unified government complaints system of the Presidency of the Council Dr. Ali Al -Ghamrawi, Chairman of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Authority, in implementation of the state’s strategy to facilitate citizens’ communication with various entities and solve problems quickly, based on the decisions of the President of the Republic No. (314) for the year 2017, Prime Minister Decision No. (1855) for the year 2017, and Cabinet Resolution No. (2564) for the year 2024.

The Egyptian Medicine Authority stated that in the first half of 2025 was received about 1500 Inquiries and complaints through the unified system, mainly dealt with topics of the availability of pharmaceutical preparations, and reporting violations related to the pharmaceuticals or installations, in addition to general inquiries related to control and quality, these complaints and inquiries were distributed to the relevant departments, and dealing with them quickly and effectively, according to the highest quality and accuracy standards, to ensure respect for privacy, data confidentiality, and achieve justice in Treatment.
