The Ministry explained that the mechanism begins with the aggrieved employee, who has the right to submit the grievance within a period not exceeding ten working days starting from 6/28/1446 AH and ending on 7/9/1446 AH, after which it moves to the direct manager who is in charge of studying the matter. The grievance will be decided within a period of 12 working days, ending on 7/13/1446 AH. This is followed by the role of the authorized manager, who reviews the application within fourteen working days ending on 7/15/1446 AH.

The stages continue as the grievance is transferred to the Grievances Examination Committee in the Educationin the governorates, which studies the application within 16 working days ending on 7/19/1446 AH, then to the Grievances Examination Committee in the General Administration of Education in the region, which considers it within 19 working days ending on 7/24/1446 AH.

The grievance shall be concluded with the Director General of Education, who shall make the decision within a period of 22 working days ending on 7/27/1446 AH, coinciding with The work of the main committee in the Ministry’s office to issue and approve recommendations. The complainant will be notified of the final result immediately after the recommendations are approved.
