"Emple" He received the first shipment of green hydrogen reinforcing steel to the “house”

Abu Dhabi, August 25/ WAM/ Amstel announced the delivery of the first shipment of reinforcement iron, based on the green hydrogen to the company “Al -Dar”, to construct the Safri Mosque in Abu Dhabi, within the “Sustainable City” project on Yas Island.
The move represents a formal regional achievement, as the “house” has become the first real estate development company in the Middle East and North Africa region that uses these sustainable solutions in construction processes.
Iron is produced using hydrogen from the pioneering experimental project of the green hydrogen launched by “Emple” last year in partnership with “Masdar”, to contribute a pivotal role in enabling the mosque to obtain a carbon neutrality certificate from the Energy and Environmental Design Classification system in an achievement that represents a qualitative shift in the field of sustainable buildings in Abu Dhabi.
Engineer Saeed Ghamran Al -Rumaithi, CEO of the Emstil Group, said that this qualitative achievement confirms the serious and continuous commitment of “Emestil” to enhance sustainability in various industrial sectors, and contribute an effective role in accelerating the UAE’s transformation towards a low -carbon economy, while cooperation with the “house” represents an important step for the adoption of green iron in residential and commercial projects and future general infrastructure projects.
He added that this partnership embodies a qualitative shift in the construction sector, as it sheds light on the importance of using innovative and manufactured materials locally in achieving national climatic goals, and drawing new features for the future of urban development.
