Cement and concrete prices will rise in Saudi Arabia during December 2024

Cement and concrete prices increased in Saudi Arabia during last December, compared to November 2023.
The bulletin of average prices and services issued by the Statistics Authority showed that the price of white cement rose by 0.5% to 37.59 riyals (50 kg).
The bulletin reported that the price of national black cement stabilized at 15.51 riyals, while it rose on an annual basis by 4.6%.

High price of concrete

The price of (350K resistor) increased by 1.9% to 219.33 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of concrete (resistant to 250 K) recorded 199.68 riyals, an increase of 2.1%.
The price of concrete (regular 350 K) reached 210.02 riyals, increasing by 1.8% on a monthly basis.
The price of concrete (regular 250 K) increased by 1.9%, recording 191.2 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of national gypsum recorded 16.3 riyals, up 0.7%, while the price of white sand recorded 74 riyals, up 2.8%.
The price of the mixture (sand and gravel) reached 51.35 riyals, an increase of 1.8%, while the price of red sand rose 0.7% to 33.23 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of black blocks (size 15 cm) and (size 20 cm) increased by 0.8% and 0.6%, respectively, as they recorded 1682.71 riyals and 1724.53 riyals.
