Al-Ahly stumbles in the Egyptian League for the fourth time

Al-Ahly, the defending champion, stumbled for the fourth time by tying with host Pharco 1-1, today, Wednesday, at Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria, in the ninth stage of the Egyptian Football League.
Moroccan Zuhair Al-Metaraji (23) advanced for Pharco and Adel Emam Ashour (45 + 10 from a penalty kick) for Al-Ahly.
The defending champion raised its score to 19 points at the top of the standings temporarily with its fourth draw from nine matches in which it has not lost yet, while Pharco reached 11 points in ninth place.
Pharco took the lead in the 23rd minute when Tunisian Azmi Ghouma passed a ball from the left side to Al-Metaraji, who shot a powerful ball from outside the penalty area that El-Shenawy was unable to handle, but it entered his net and announced the home team’s lead.
In the fifth minute of stoppage time in the first half, Imam Ashour equalized for Al-Ahly from a penalty kick through a penalty kick (Panenka) in the middle of the goal.
