"National women" Participate in a workshop entitled "The role of nurseries in expanding the horizon of the care economy"
Dr. Suzan Al -Qalini, a member of the National Council for Women & Nbsp; In the activities of the regional workshop, organized by the Arab Women Organization in Beirut, entitled & quot; the role of nurseries in expanding the horizon of the care economy & quot; within the framework of the National Council for Women’s keenness to support and empower women and enhance their role in the economics of care, and with the participation of representatives of 12 Arab countries, the United Nations Women, the International Labor Organization, Square, Arab and international organizations Others.
& nbsp; Egypt’s pioneering experience in this field, the active role of the National Council for Women, and the Ministry of Social Solidarity in supporting the nurseries system as a strategic means of empowering women economically and socially.
& nbsp; With numbers and statistics on nurseries in the Arab countries, in addition to organizing intense media awareness campaigns to introduce the public to the importance of the care economy and its role as a basic tributary of national income, the proposal was appreciated and widely praised by the attendees, as it is an important practical step towards developing policies for supporting care and enhancing the participation of economic women in Arab societies, and the Arab Women Organization published it on its official page on the Facebook website Facebook.
