From the Ministry of Health to operate and maintain the digital infrastructure for 38 hospitals in the southwestern region, at a value of 70.06 million riyals.
Today’s session also witnessed the completion of the process of offering Basma Adeem Company (Smile Care) shares in the parallel market “Nomu”, amounting to 4 million shares, representing 20% of the company’s shares after the offering and capital increase, at 4.40 riyals per share, and the coverage ratio was 1981.27% of the total shares offered.
Tharwa Company renewed a financing agreement with Riyad Bank worth 8 million riyals, until November 2027, and Derayah Financial decided to distribute cash dividends to unitholders of Derayah REIT Fund for the fourth quarter of 2024, with a total value of 9 million riyals, at a rate of 0.084 riyals per unit.
Naseej Technology signed a contract with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property to develop a project to improve technical intellectual property processes and raise their efficiency at a value of 12.9 million riyals, with a duration of 3 years.
Winners: Naseej shares rose by 9.96% to close at 108.2 riyals, Armah shares rose by 7.34% to close at 95 riyals, and Jahez shares rose by 6.09% to close at 33.95 riyals.
Quara shares also rose by 5.26% to close at 20 riyals, Saudi German Health shares rose by 4.75% to close at 79.4 riyals, Reaya shares rose by 4.12% to close at 161.6 riyals, and Al-Jouf Cement shares rose by 4.01% to close at 11.92. SAR.
