Investors and business owners in Dubai are boosting their investments

The strategic consulting company, GCG Structuring, confirmed that investors and business owners in Dubai are enhancing their investments in the UAE.
Exclusive data from the company revealed a remarkable indicator of not recording any exits from the market, in light of the fluctuations in global markets.
The founder and managing partner of GCG Structuring, Peter Ivantsov, said that among more than 200 active investors and business owners who receive advisory services, none of them have liquidated their businesses or left the Emirates, stressing that all of them are maintaining their commitments to the country, with the majority accelerating in achieving returns and expanding growth plans.
Ivantsov added in a statement issued by the Dubai-based company, “The customer retention rate is only part of the picture. The most important thing is knowing who has not left. These are global investors who have multiple options, and their continued presence in the Emirates reflects a long-term and thoughtful investment program, and not just a random comparison between markets.”
He pointed out that “the recent turmoil highlights the resilience of the market, which reflects the high level of operational flexibility that characterizes economies that are able to adapt.”
Ivantsov also pointed out that “the company is witnessing a smaller number of inquiries about speculation, in exchange for an increase in the percentage of investors who have conducted their due studies and committed to pumping their capital, which reflects a qualitative shift towards more selective and mature entry into the market, rather than flows driven by temporary momentum.”
