A lawsuit against Mino from Winner for the sale of technical works to the giraffe

In addition to being one of the K -Pop stars as part of Winner, the MINO (Song Minho) is also a well -known painter that appeared for the first time in 2019.
In December 2022, he held his first individual exhibition ever, although it was revealed since then a mistake in one of the transactions from this exhibition was revealed, which left Mino and Jupiter who did not obtain the technical work that paid his value, in a continuous lawsuit.

Evil and a lawsuit

According to Jupiter, the artwork was to be delivered in February 2023 after the exhibition, however, the exhibition continued to delay delivery, arguing with international exhibition tables and other reasons.

Then the head of the crime department informed that the exhibition secretary told the buyer that Mino expressed the exhibition that he did not want to sell the artwork, and instead, he agreed to create a similar artwork, but it is new for the paid price.
Soon the buyer discovered that the careful artwork was not for sale, as it was already reserved for sale by a friend of Mino, the famous singers, and at this point, Mino blamed the exhibition for selling the artwork without his approval.
According to Jupiter, Mino claimed that he agreed to hand over the technical work when he filed a civil lawsuit against him after refusing to hand him the technical work that paid for it.

Research for compensation

During the first trial, the court ruled that Mino was mistaken in blocking the artwork for two years and ordered “that the technical work be delivered to the buyer, or if the delivery is not possible, the purchase amount must be returned.”

Since then, the buyer has asked Mino to pay the amount of 40 million Korean, in addition to the technical work in compensation for the legal battle.
The cost of the lawsuit was at least 20 million Korean women as a lawyer, and given the additional expenditures and emotional distress over the two years, the compensation amount is reasonable.
During the second trial, the court refused the buyer’s request to obtain compensation, which led him to consider raising the case to the Supreme Court, according to his statements.
