The London Stock Exchange index closes a 0.02% decrease

The London Stock Exchange index (Fots 100) closed today a decrease of (0.02) percent.
The index – which includes the hundred companies in – scored (1.81) points, to reach at the level of (8413.44) points.

Opinion polls stated that the British’s confidence in the economy is declining over the next 12 months, low to its lowest level ever.

Only a few expect an improvement during this period, according to “Epsos”, noting that 75% of the British expect that eight percentage points increased since March.

The poll also revealed that only 7% of the British believe that the economy will improve during the next year, while 13% believe that it will remain unchanged.
The negative percentage of 68 is the lowest degree of optimism since I Ibsos began collecting data in 1978.
