The Good Work Award honors 75 volunteers in its ninth session
Hatta, January 27 / WAM / The Good Volunteer Award in its ninth session honored in the bee park in the Hatta region of the Emirate of Dubai, 75 volunteers and volunteers who have made exceptional contributions in multiple fields that serve society and enhance the values of giving and solidarity.
Sheikh Eng. Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi, head of the Civil Aviation Department in Ras Al -Khaimah, Chairman of the Prize Board of Trustees, handed the honored certificates of appreciation.
The honor was attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Nasser bin Rashid Al -Nuaimi, His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Salem Muhammad Rayer, the Ambassador of Mauritania to the state, His Excellency Dia Azzam Rahman, Consul General of Greenada in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and His Excellency Firas Aziz bin Darwish, Vice President of the Good Work Award and a large number of officials And attendance.
Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi praised the great role played by volunteers in strengthening human ties and contributing to achieving the UAE’s vision for the future.
Sheikh Salem Al Qasimi said that these volunteers are the beating heart of our society, and each of them is a model of inspiration and dedication. “He praised the great attention that the wise leadership of the state is led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him and their brothers, His Highness members of the Supreme Council, rulers of the Emirates, for volunteer work and support volunteer institutions towards global horizons.
For his part, His Excellency Firas Aziz bin Darwish, Vice President of the Good Work Award, expressed his pride in seeing this large number of committed volunteers, noting the importance of their role in building a brighter future.
He said in his speech: “Voluntary work is one of the greatest forms of giving, and it is an integral part of the national identity of the UAE.
