Al -Muhairi: 8.38 billion dirhams, total real estate evaluation in Ajman during 2024

Ajman, January 30 / WAM / The Department of Land and Real Estate Organization in Ajman recorded 1853 real estate evaluation transactions during the year 2024 with a total value of more than 8.38 billion dirhams, according to the annual data issued by the Ajman Real Estate Index.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman, confirmed in a statement to the Emirates News Agency “WAM” that the evaluation transactions for real estate development projects units amounted 3.82 billion dirhams.

He explained that the annual statistics reflect the volume of demand in the Ajman Real Estate Market and confirm the extent of Ajman’s attractiveness to investors and entrepreneurs because of the promising investment opportunities it provides at competitive prices and high quality that amounts to their aspirations and allows them to do their business in a safe and stable environment and ideal conditions that suit various segments of investors.

The Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman pointed out that the number of transactions to evaluate commercial real estate in the past year amounted to 391 transactions with a total value of more than 5.29 billion dirhams advanced on residential real estate, which amounted to 2.12 billion dirhams, while industrial real estate came third at 888 million dirhams, explaining that the report The annual real estate also guarantees personal evaluation and evaluation transactions for courts and institutions.
