“Saudi Cement” recommends distributing profits for the second half of 2024

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Cement Company decided during its meeting, which was held today, the recommendation of the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the second half of the year 2024.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total amount distributed is 229.5 million riyals.
She added that the number of shares due for profits is 153 million shares.
It stated that the share share of the distribution is 1.5 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 15%.
She pointed out that the eligibility of profits for the shareholders of the company who owns shares at the end of the next general assembly enrolled in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of the association, and the date of the date of its convening will be announced later, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
She noted the announcement of the date of the distribution later.
