A Chinese official discusses with Arab ambassadors the developments of the Palestinian cause

Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Chen Xiao Dong discussed today, Friday, with the Council of Arab Ambassadors, the developments of the Palestinian issue and the promotion of joint coordination on political positions. He stressed that any plan for the Gaza administration must adhere to the principle of the rule of Palestine by the Palestinians, noting that China supports the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and supports the Palestinian National Authority in assuming the responsibility of managing all Palestinian territories, including the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. He stressed that China supports the two -state solution as a basic way to achieve peace, and is seeking to enhance efforts to reach a fair political solution, to establish an independent and full sovereign state of Palestine on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. For his part, the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the State of Palestine to the People’s Republic of China, Shadi Abu Zarqa, expressed the appreciation of the State of Palestine for China’s steadfast and supportive position of the people of Palestine and its inalienable rights, and the position rejecting attempts to displace the residents of the Gaza Strip, and that Gaza is an integral part of the Palestinian state, and not Political bargaining tool. The People’s Republic of China, in its capacity as the current president of the Security Council, called for the urgent action to protect international legitimacy decisions and guarantee inappropriate Palestinian people, including their right to self -determination and embody its independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. For their part, Arab ambassadors affirmed their rejection of the displacement of the Gaza Strip, as it is seriously violating international law, international humanitarian law and United Nations resolutions. They also stressed that the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people cannot be extracted, and that justice and fairness in the international community must be preserved in the Palestine issue. & nbsp;
