The right of citizenship to birth in America

This verdict was issued by the American District Court Joseph Lapante in New Hampshire.
A lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union said that Trump violates the constitution and “tries to cancel one of the most important American constitutional values.”
The Trump administration has confirmed that the children of non -American citizens are not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States and therefore they are not entitled to obtain citizenship.
