Two days since the end of the real estate registration period for 58 neighborhoods in Riyadh

The “Authority” indicated that the real estate registration for the property will end in the following neighborhoods in Riyadh: (Part of the broad neighborhood, Wadi Laban, King Abdullah City for Energy, Medal, Al -Sahab, Al -Marjan, Al -Bashaer, Housing, Wild, New Industrial City, Heet, Khashm Al -Aan, Uhud, Okaz, Dirab, Mansourieh, Al -Ha’ir, Al -Amajiya, Al -Ghannamiya, Umm Al -Shaal, Al -Sahba and Al -Faytah).

In Al -Muzahmiyyah Governorate, the registration ends in the following neighborhoods: (Wasli, Nawara, Granada, Tuwaiq, Shakhi, Civilization, Jasmine, Al -Wood, Al -Waha, Al -Hada, Al -Muruj, Al -Muhammadiyah, Al -Lulwah, Al -Ghattaba, Al -Olaya, Al -Sanaa, Al -Saquriya, Al -Shallal, Al -Rafeh, Al -Rashidiya, Al -Hazimiyyah, Al -Hazm, Al -Jami, Al -Andalus and Mashrafa).
The registration will end in the following neighborhoods in the Diriyah Governorate: (Al -Shuhada, Aqraba, Salam, Al -Wadi, Al -Adl, Najd, Al -Ain, Al -Wasl, Prince Sultan, Al -Waha, Fawza Migration).
The authority called on the owners of real estate located within the scope of the aforementioned neighborhoods to speed the initiative to register their real estate through the RER.SA real estate platform before the registration period ends to benefit from the services of implementing real estate behavior and documenting all the changes that occur in the property.
She explained that the real estate registry will issue a “real estate number” and a ownership registration instrument for each real estate unit registered, and the new property registration instrument includes the exact geographical location of the real estate, its owner’s data, descriptions, condition, and the rights, obligations and all real estate actions that occur in it, to be a basis for documenting ownership and real estate rights Its consequences.
This contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main potentials.
The General Real Estate Authority confirmed that the failure to register real estate during the period specified in the declaration decision exposes its owners to the financial fines mentioned in the real estate registration system, which is determined by a specialized committee to consider violations.
She added that the applications for the real estate registration for the property are continuing in all the declared areas, even after the expiry of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
