Mansour Al -Mansour confirmed to «Emirates Today» that his success came as a result of a tireless work and creative thought aimed at changing the concept of traditional education, making the school an interactive space that meets the needs of students, and suits their preferred method of learning.

Al -Mansour praised the role of the UAE in supporting his career, noting that he won six major international awards, including the Mohammed bin Zayed Award twice, and the Hamdan bin Rashid Award, which makes it like his second home that contributed to refining his educational career and developing his educational vision.

Al -Mansour added: “The project that I worked on is to make students learn the way they love it, and turned the school into a stimulating environment that the student does not want to leave, and its impact is not limited to school students only, but also extended to include students who suffer from frequency or educational leakage, where we were able to contain them and make them The school is their second home. ”

Speaking of the award, Al -Mansour explained that his arrival in this position came after a long commitment to the humanitarian standards on which the “Farki” International Prize focused, which is worth one million dollars, and added: “I have developed a clear plan to invest the award amount from the beginning, and my goal is to create a school Hadith of the orphans is not just a shelter, but rather a second house that develops their talents and embraces their creations, to become one of the best students in the world. And about the indications of his victory as an Arab teacher with this prestigious award, Al -Mansour said: “Winning is a pride for every Arab teacher, and a clear message that the Arab teacher is able to compete globally, and we, as teachers, must open the way for creativity and develop ourselves to meet the needs of our students, they want to learn in a different way from what we are accustomed to before 20 years. ”

He added: “This achievement confirms that our education is developing, and that we are moving steadily towards the ranks of developed countries,” stressing that “the status of the teacher begins from his respect for his profession, and his passion for the future of his students, so that education remains a noble message that builds generations that make the future.”
