Al -Awar stressed, in media statements, that the decision to organize the scholarship and study outside the state does not exclude anyone, but rather protects everyone, explaining that «education is not a testimony that we attach to the wall, but rather a tool for making a strong, professional and competitive future. We are here to protect our children from institutions that do not deserve their investments, and we provide them with the paths that guarantee them professional excellence and recognition locally and internationally, as the decision is more like a compass that guides the family and the student to sound options, instead of leaving them vulnerable to random choices that may not be in their interest ».

He pointed out that the issuance of the decision at this time came within the framework of the state’s efforts to develop the educational system and ensure the harmonization of higher education outcomes with the needs of the labor market, in addition to emphasizing that foreign certificates meet the required official standards.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has identified six steps to inquire about study programs abroad, and the detailed audit of the program and the university that were chosen, and obtaining an official document from the ministry confirming the case of the university’s accreditation and the academic program after the completion of the audit.

The steps include entering the official website of the Ministry, choosing a inquiry service about study programs abroad for citizens, clicking on “creating a new request”, choosing to inquire about the academic program, entering the university’s target data inquiries about it, downloading the required documents, and clicking on “send” to submit a review and audit request, indicating the possibility of communicating with the inquiry to provide additional documents to support the review and audit process, It will obtain an official document to ensure the status of the university’s accreditation.
