The Ministry of Culture looks at the projects of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Knowledge
Dubai, February 21 / WAM / A delegation from the Ministry of Culture briefed on the most prominent projects of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Knowledge and its initiatives in the areas of publishing and producing knowledge, supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and developing human knowledge.
The delegation, headed by His Excellency Mubarak Al -Nakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, met during his visit to the Foundation, His Excellency Jamal bin Huwairib, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Knowledge, where the Foundation team reviewed its most prominent achievements and projects aimed at empowering society knowledge such as the digital knowledge center and an initiative in Arabic and other projects.
The Ministry’s delegation discussed with the Foundation projects and initiatives of the Ministry of Culture and ways to exchange best practices between the two sides as well.
The meeting discussed the prospects for joint cooperation in multiple initiatives for the institution, including the reading index project, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program and the Ways of Partnership during the National Reading month, in a way that contributes to spreading knowledge, improving the quality of Arab content, and achieving the targets of the state’s knowledge development.
