"IDEX and Navdex 2025" They achieve record success and confirm the UAE’s position in the global defense sector
Abu Dhabi, February 21 / WAM / The International Defense and Maritime Security Exhibitions “IDEX and Nafdex 2025” concluded today, with record successful activities, unprecedented numbers in the number of exhibitors and the value of signed deals, embodying the increasing importance of the exhibitions as two main platforms for defense innovation and strategic partnerships at the regional and international levels.
Nasser Al -Muhairi, a spokesman for the exhibitions “IDEX and Nafdex 2025”, stressed, in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, “WAM”, that the event unlike the leadership of the UAE in the global defensive sector and its ability to establish and facilitate global partnerships, with the increasing demand from international companies participating in this international event .
He pointed to the role of the effective Emirati cadres in the success of the largest exhibitions hosted by the country, including “IDEX and Nafdex”, stressing that it supervised all its marks to ensure an exceptional experience that reflects the UAE’s leadership in the exhibition and conference sector.
He pointed to the advanced infrastructure of the UAE and Abu Dhabi, which enabled the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center “ADNEC”, to host the event for five days in an integrated environment that provides advanced internal and external exhibition spaces, in addition to the waterfront that displays the latest warships and advanced marine equipment.
In a move that reflects the great confidence enjoyed by the two exhibitions, Al -Muhairi stressed that 70 % of the international exhibitors participating in the current session, reserved their places to participate in the International Defense Exhibition “IDEX” in its eighteenth session and the defense and maritime security exhibition “Navorx” in its ninth session in 2027.
It is scheduled that the next session of “IDEX and Nafdex” will be held at the ADNEC Abu Dhabi Center from 21 to 25 January 2027, and by organizing the ADNEC Group and cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the Balance Council, and the session will witness the organization of the International Defense Conference accompanying the exhibitions, a day before the launch And, which will bring together major decision makers, experts and leaders from all over the world to discuss global issues and challenges, and present Creative solutions to overcome future challenges.
The next session of the two exhibitions aims to consolidate their position as an indispensable platform for communication, exchange of knowledge and establishing long -term strategic partnerships in the defense sector, by providing an expanded platform for the leaders of the sector, experts and stakeholders to display the latest and most innovative technologies.
