The Minister of Health meets his Indonesian counterpart and witnesses the signing notes of understanding to enhance health cooperation

The Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al -Jalajel, Indonesian Minister of Health, Body Je Sadiqin, during his official visit to Jakarta. To achieve the targets of the service of the guests of Rahman and the health transformation program within the Kingdom’s 2030 vision by enhancing the readiness of health facilities, and providing health services with high efficiency and quality.

The two sides exchanged best practices and experiences in the field of hospital management and primary health care, while taking advantage of the Kingdom’s experience in a healthy digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence in diagnosing diseases and hospital management, in addition to researching joint investment opportunities between the two countries in pharmaceutical industries and medical equipment.

The Minister of Health, and his Indonesian counterpart, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Holding Company and the Indonesian Ministry of Health for cooperation in the field of health care, as it was signed by the Saudi side, CEO of the Holding Holding Company, Mr. Nasser bin Muhammad Al -Haqbani, and from the Indonesian side, Yuli Varanti, the director General for health human resources at the Ministry of Health.

The Holding Company also concluded another memorandum of understanding with Nahdet Al -Ulama University, Surabaya; In order to enhance cooperation in the field of Indonesian health cadres to support the health care sector in the Kingdom, where Mr. Nasser bin Muhammad Al -Haqbani, President of Nahdet University, Professor Ahmed Yazidi, was signed by Professor Ahmed Yazidi, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Indonesia, Faisal bin Abdullah Al -Amoudi, along with a number of Ministry agents and leaders in the Ministry of Health and the Health Specializations Authority.

This comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Health in consolidating international cooperation in the health field, and expanding the scope of global strategic partnerships, in a way that contributes to the development of medical services, raises their efficiency, and supported innovation in modern technologies; To improve the quality of health care and enhance its sustainability.
