The Port of “DP and Sakhnah” receives the first passenger ship in 2025

Dubai Ports World Group “DPDDRED” announced the reception of the first passenger ship to the port during the year 2025, to enhance the port’s position as a main gateway for trade and tourism through the Arab Republic Maritime flight operations.

The passenger ship “MV Aroya”, which was supervised by the Saudi Cruz Company, was launched with its journey carrying 1,600 passengers, through a path that includes the ports of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, passing through the grandfather, Sokhna, Sharm El -Sheikh and Aqaba. The distinctive design of the DB World – Sokhna -Sakhnah operations contributed to providing a smooth travel experience for both passengers and cruise operators, supported by advanced marine services in the port, which coordinates safe paint operations under the supervision of a specialized team that manages immigration, customs clearance and passengers.
