“Commercial Facilities” participates in the leadership “Tamkeen” programs to support and develop its Bahraini cadres

Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company has announced the selection of a number of its employees to participate in the leadership programs offered by the “Tamkeen” labor fund in cooperation with Harvard for institutional education and the Emic Institute specializing in the field of professional and academic training and development, within the framework of the company’s commitment to support the development of its Bahraini cadres, and enable its employees distinguished leaders to achieve job development.
Four employees were chosen to participate in the “Leadership Skills Program” in the path designated for managers at the executive and medium level, which is presented, and they are the major Abdul Rahman Aguar, head of the Companies Finance Department, Ahmed Al -Hasheli, Director of the Strategic Planning Department, Hanan Al -Nati, Director of the Department of Debt treatment, and Muhammad Al -Aradi, Director of Business Development in facilities for insurance services.
This program focuses on developing the skills required for management and influence such as effective communication skills, ways to motivate and develop their employees, administrative strategies to raise productivity, and other leadership skills. Iman Hassan, the first director of information technology, was chosen to participate in the “Women’s Leadership Satisfaction Program”, which is presented in cooperation with HEC Paris, which provides a unique opportunity for Bahraini women to enhance their leadership skills by experts and trainers from a global training authority.
