"Hungarian": 300 companies complete procedures "Acknowledging the institutional impact"

Abu Dhabi, August 4 / WAM / The National Social Responsibility Fund “Magr” announced the completion of about 300 companies for “establishing institutional impact” procedures through the “digital portal for sustainable impact”- the unified federal platform to enable companies to document their institutional impact according to clear criteria.
The institutional declaration is a mandatory step that represents the preliminary stage to obtain the “Medal of Societal Impact”, and aims to measure the extent of companies ’commitment to submitting reports in the areas of environmental, social governance and social responsibility, in addition to their actual contributions to the service of the Emirati society, whether through financial support or in -kind or voluntary initiatives.
Sarah Shaw, Executive Director of “Magr”, stressed that the growing interaction by companies with “adopting the institutional impact”, and submitting applications for the medal reflects a serious commitment from the private sector towards more transparent and responsible practices, noting that the fund works to establish an institutional institutional environment based on documentation, motivation and measurement of impact, and enabling companies to convert their development obligations into midwifery contributions For measurement, what translates the UAE vision to make social responsibility a sustainable institutional practice in the private sector.
In a parallel context, the “course” received approximately 160 requests to participate in the second session of the “Medal of Societal Impact”, all of which were submitted through the digital portal, including about 100 requests from small and medium -sized companies, and about 60 requests from large companies, which reflects an increasing interest in the various economic sectors by documenting its societal impact and enhancing its competitiveness in the areas of sustainability and governance.
The “Medal of Societal Impact” is granted within two main categories, the category of large companies, and the category of small and medium -sized companies that were created within the second session of the medal, in line with the national agenda of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises.
The medal is also awarded at three levels that include the platinum, gold and silver category, according to the criteria for evaluation and the inclusion of influence, in a way that enhances the ability of institutions to actually engage in the sustainable development agenda of the UAE.
The “Digital Portal for Sustainable Impact”, which launched the end of 2024, is a smart and integrated platform that enables companies to submit their declarations and participation requests unified electronic, and provides access to various fund services, including documenting and adopting social responsibility projects, providing training programs and specialized workshops, and advanced studies aimed at developing institutional competencies, and ensuring harmonization of efforts Companies with national priorities and relevant global trends.
Obtaining the “Medal of Societal Impact” is an official recognition of the practices of distinguished companies in the areas of sustainability, as well as enhances its institutional position at the local and international levels, the medal contributes to raising the confidence of partners and investors, and gives companies a priority in reaching government initiatives and participating in developing policies within closed circles, as well as opening opportunities for strategic partnerships and supports their efforts in institutional promotion by allowing the use of The slogan of the medal in the media and marketing materials, and contributes to raising the efficiency of performance by reviewing the indicators of impact and documenting achievements within a unified institutional record on the digital platform, as well as enabling companies to join a professional society that includes the elite of bodies working in the field of sustainable development within the state.
The accelerated growth in the number of participants through the digital portal and medal requests reflects the success of the system in consolidating the culture of institutional impact, activating practical tools to measure the contributions of the private sector, and directing them in line with the indicators of national development and leading global practices in sustainability.
