Al -Ahly requests to postpone the Egyptian summit and threaten not to complete the league

Al -Ahly, the Egyptian Premier League champion, asked today, Tuesday, to postpone the summit match against Zamalek, which is scheduled later today, and threatens not to complete the tournament.
A dispute broke out between Al -Ahly and the local federation of the game and the League of Professional Clubs, following the defending champions to appoint a foreign arbitration team to manage the match between the two poles of Egyptian football and its criticism of local arbitration.

Al -Ahly issued a statement on its website, announcing “adhering to the postponement of the match until the commitment of the decision of the Professional Clubs Association that organizes the league competition, and the club’s desire to hold a match today with a foreign arbitration team; To provide justice among competing clubs, and in the event of non -response, Al -Ahly club announces the lack of completion of the league championship.
Al -Ahly’s request to appoint foreign referees for the match came after the federation was appointed by an Egyptian referees team to manage the match, consisting of the international Mahmoud Bassiouni as a referee for the square, along with the two internationals, Ahmed Tawfiq Taha, a first assistant, Sami Halhal, a second assistant, and the international Hamada Al -Qalawi as a fourth referee, in the video room Ahmed Al -Ghandour, and was assisted by the duo Muhammad Al -Shennawi and Hani Abdel -Fattah.
