Increased gas emissions … indicators of the nearby eruption of a volcano in Alaska

A volcano near the largest cities of Alaska showed new signs of turmoil, and experts said that the possibility of a volcano eruption in Jabal Spur during the next weeks or months has increased.
On Wednesday, the Alaska Observatory said that it worked to measure during the recent flying operations “significantly high volcanic gas emissions.”
He added that the signs indicate the possibility of a volcanic eruption, albeit, in the coming weeks or months.
The observatory expected in a statement, “We will see more increases in seismic activity, gas emissions, and heating the surface before a volcanic eruption occurred, if a volcanic eruption occurred, and these strong disorders may raise days to weeks of additional warning.”

Mount Spor is a volcano with a height of 11070 feet (3374 meters) covered with ice and snow 80 miles (129 km) northwest of Ancorig.
It is one of 53 volcanoes in Alaska that has been active in the past 250 years, and has two main holes.

The last known eruption of the nozzle was more than 5,000 years ago.
Meanwhile, the Crater Beck nozzle arose once in 1953 and 3 times in 1992, according to the observatory.

Periods of seismic activity

The Crater Beck nozzle is about two miles (3 km) south of the summit.
There have been periods of increased seismic activity or other activity since then, including between 2004 and 2006, but no other revolutions occurred.
