Code of delivery of the shipment is an acknowledgment from the shopper to receive the products

The spokesperson for Abdullah Al -Hussein explained that the charge symbol in the e -commerce, which is given to the delegate of the delivery company upon receipt, is a declaration from the shopper to receive the products in a systematic and sound manner.
Al -Hussein stressed the importance of verifying the shipment and its conformity to the request, the safety and quality of the products before giving the delegate the delivery code.
Al -Hussein stated that the shopper has the right not to receive the shipment, if the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
The shoppers urged to know their rights to e -commerce, through a guide for consumer rights and duties on the Ministry’s website.
