With a value of 25 billion dirhams .. The Sharjah Marine Facade Project enhances the real estate scene in the emirate

Sharjah, March 17 / WAM / The real estate sector in Sharjah is witnessing a radical shift thanks to the coastal development project “The City of the Most Beautiful Place – Sharjah Waterfront” located in the Hamriyah area, which is estimated at the total cost of 25 billion dirhams (6.8 billion dollars) in an area of ​​more than 60 million square feet that includes residential, commercial and tourist facilities.
Sultan thanked the CEO of the most beautiful real estate development company for updating this project, which will accommodate more than 60,000 residents through eight islands and combines modern urban life with sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

He said that in parallel with the progress of construction work, the “City of the Most Beautiful Place” will expand the Sharjah Real Estate Sector, and the project will continue to provide thousands of jobs in various sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, retail trade, hospitality, education, health care, entertainment and services, pointing out that this huge project available in the free ownership system succeeded in obtaining the attention of local and international investors and is considered a major contributor to the diversification strategy Economic in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The most beautiful real estate development company, the main developer of the project, launched three new projects, which are “Al -Thuraya Island”, “The Vio Island” and “Blue Beach Residence”, while the first and second phases of the Shams Island were delivered in addition to the implementation of the “Blue Pay Walk” project in three stages where the first stage was delivered and the second and third stages were completed before the specified date and are under delivery.

The project includes 1,500 villas and a number of medium -high buildings alongside hotels, retail spaces, university, schools, entertainment park and other attractions, and it is expected to form with each other an important addition to the real estate scene in Sharjah.
The project will add 36 kilometers to the emirate’s coastal line and anchorage, which includes 800 platforms for yacht and an entertainment park with an area of ​​1.6 million square feet. It is also scheduled to establish a 3 million square shot center along with restaurants, cafes and entertainment outlets directly on the waterfront.
60% of the project will be allocated to green spaces, beaches and public areas in line with the sustainability goals adopted by the Emirate of Sharjah, and this project will be a major destination for population, tourists and investors thanks to modern infrastructure, friendly design of the environment and living options on the waterfront.
