I wish walking in Jizan during the month of Ramadan

Walking is one of the best physical activities that help improve blood circulation and enhance public fitness, especially during fasting, and many find walking an ideal opportunity for digestion after breakfast, in addition to being a social activity that brings families and friends, and walking gatherings are a beautiful Ramadan habit, where walking is accompanied by friendly conversations that reflect the spirit of the Holy Month.

The competent authorities, such as: the Jazan Region Municipality and the Ministry of Sports, contributed to encouraging this health habit by organizing activities and paths for walking, in addition to awareness campaigns on the importance of physical activity during Ramadan, and some associations launched initiatives under the slogan “Ramadan Health and Life”; To enhance health awareness among members of society.
