The Public Authority for Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque provided integrated services for the convenience of the retreat in the Two Holy Mosques in the last ten days of Ramadan.
The authority devoted a set of services that facilitate the retreat, performing its worship with comfort and reassurance, including: providing an appropriate and comfortable space for each retreat, numbering retreating sites for organization and arrangement, and providing dry and varied meals breakfast, dinner and suhoor.
In addition to comfort, sleeping supplies, personal care tools, bags for luggage, laundry services, missing and support centers.
This comes in order to facilitate the retreat in the performance of their worship and their convergence by comfort by providing the best and finest services to them according to the special operational plan for the month of Ramadan for this year.

Prepare for the intensity of visitors

The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has prepared to receive the expected visitors’ density during the last ten days of Ramadan, with a variety of services divided into 4 main pillars, which embodies the authority’s care for the axis of operational services, maintenance services, human crowd management and social services.

The authority has intensified its efforts in operational services in terms of the readiness of the chapels with carpets, purification services, cleanliness, evaporation, perfume, and watering Zamzam water for worshipers and environmental protection services, caring for facilities and toilets and preventing negative phenomena, preparing the service of vehicles and the monitoring system and communications to achieve a high level of satisfaction with the services provided to the beneficiaries.

Permanent readiness

In the side of the crowd services and spatial guidance, the authority has doubled its efforts to prepare the corridors inside and outside the Prophet’s Mosque to facilitate the movement and ensure a facilitator’s coercion inside the mosque, its squares and its surface.

This comes according to a promotion plan that guarantees the absorption of all the numbers of worshipers without disrupting services, and the ease of dealing with emergency cases in coordination and harmony with the security authorities in the Prophet’s Mosque.
The authority took into account the readiness of maintenance services for elevators, electrical stairs, sound, lighting, air -conditioning and ventilation systems, in addition to safety systems, energy sources, the readiness of the emergency system and the willingness to rain.
