His Excellency the Minister of Information, Mr. Salman bin Youssef Al -Dossary, explained in his statement to the Saudi News Agency after the session, that the Council continued the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its comprehensive support for the State of Palestine and its brotherly people, especially on the humanitarian level, by continuing to send shelter, medical and food aid to the Gaza Strip within the Saudi air and sea bridge.
The Council condemned, in the strongest terms, repeated provocative practices from the Israeli occupation government officials against the blessed Al -Aqsa Mosque, stressing the demand of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the international community to stop these practices that violate international laws and norms.
The Council of Ministers reviewed the most prominent indicators and economic statistics of the Kingdom, and the growth of GDP during the second quarter of 2025 AD by (3.9%) driven by the positive performance of all economic activities, foremost of which is non -oil.
The Council welcomed, with the report of “Article Four Consultations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” issued by the International Monetary Fund for the year 2025 AD, and the assurance of the durability of the local economy, its ability to confront global economic challenges, in addition to the continued expansion of non -oil activities and the containment of inflation.
The council promised to launch new industrial projects in the eastern region; Within the comprehensive development movement that the Kingdom is witnessing in light of its vision aimed at developing local content, raising the competitiveness of the national industry, and providing an attractive and possible investment environment for innovators and entrepreneurs.
His Excellency indicated that the Council of Ministers praised the achievements of the health cities program, including the approval of the World Health Organization Jeddah and Madinah, the two largest health cities in the Middle East; The number of health cities in the Kingdom increases to (16) cities, which embodies the continuous commitment to promoting preventive health, quality of life and integration between the concerned authorities.
The Council noted, the contribution of the quality of life program, one of the (Kingdom Vision 2030) programs in achieving a number of targets supporting the development of infrastructure, enhancing the quality of services, and developing the cultural, recreational and sports sectors.
The Council praised the achievements and sustainability of the environment in the areas of environmental protection and projects that included rehabilitation of more than (500) thousand hectares of deteriorating lands in the Kingdom, and the cultivation of more than (151) million trees within the “Saudi Green Initiative” aimed at developing vegetation and combating desertification.

Firstly:
Delegating His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources – or his representative – to discuss with the Mongolian side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industries in the Mongolia Republic for cooperation in the field of mineral wealth, and signing it.

Approval of a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the health and medical sciences between the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the National Health Committee in the People’s Republic of China.
Third:
Delegating the Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority – or his representative – to sign a project of understanding a memorandum of understanding between the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Customs Department in New Zealand on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.
Fourth:
Delegating His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Export Development Authority – or his representative – to discuss with the Omani side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Sultanate of Oman in the field of non -oil export development, and signing it.
Fifth:
Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (represented by the General Competition Authority) and the government of the State of Kuwait (represented by the Competition Protection Agency) in the field of competition protection.
Sixth:
Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the General Court of Accounting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Office of the General References in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for cooperation in the field of accounting, supervisory and professional work.
Seventh:
Approval of a memorandum of understanding in the field of technical and vocational training between the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Center for Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training for Islamic Countries (Sisk).
Eighth:
Approval of a memorandum of cooperation between the King Abdulaziz House in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Siam Association in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Ninth:
Approval of the Gulf Drug Control Strategy (2028-2025 AD), which was adopted by the (forty-first) meeting for the owners of Highness, Excellency and Excellency the Interior Ministers of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States.
Tenth:
The approval of two semesters for general education schools for the next academic year (1447/1448 AH).

Approval of the appointment of Muhammad bin Salem bin Muhammad Al -Bleehed to the position of (Undersecretary of the Emirate of District) at the (fourteenth rank) in the Emirate of Makkah Al -Mukarramah Region, and the promotion of Saleh bin Abdul Mohsen bin Hamoud Al -Khalaf to a job (office manager) at the (fourteenth rank) at the Ministry of Education.
