The Public Safety Administration warned in a publication on social media the population of specific methods, saying: “The vision will decrease in the region and the evacuation roads/corridors can become blocked; if you do not leave now, you may surround, hit or kill.”
The Public Safety Department said that a shelter was created in Columbus, North Carolina.
The western region of North Carolina state was severely damaged by Hurricane Helen last September.
