“He offended the Lebanese artists” .. Rami Ayyash reveals the details of his dispute with Fadel Shaker

The Lebanese artist Rami Ayyash revealed the truth of his position on the artist Fadel Shaker, stressing that he never attacked him, but rather a response to previous abuses that Shaker addressed to him and a number of Lebanese artists before he retired from art.
Ayyash explained, during his meeting with the “Sri Lust” program on one of the Egyptian channels, that Fadel Shaker made offensive statements that touched the dignity of the Lebanese artists, their families and their fans, but he did not apologize for that until today.

He added: “The Lebanese artists remained silent at the time, but after Shaker retracted some of his positions, he did not initiate an apology, which prompted me to respond to his attack.”
Rami Ayyash stressed that he did not carry any grudge towards Fadel Shaker, but rather he was very sad because of his position, saying: “I love him, and I was very upset when he attacked me, and I do not know the real reason yet.”

On the possibility of Fadel Shaker to return to the artistic scene, Ayyash explained that he does not oppose this, provided that his legal position is clear and sound, stressing: “If his innocence is proven legally, I will be his first supporter.”
He concluded his speech by saying: “Everyone has his circumstances, and I cannot judge him, but the change that happened to him was surprising.”
