The system permits the university to invest its movable funds and assets allocated to it, in addition to establishing and managing endowments inside and outside the Kingdom in accordance with the approved regulatory procedures.

Regulation of financial resources and services

Financial control and auditing

The system stipulates that the university’s accounts and financial records shall be audited by a licensed auditor appointed by the Board of Trustees annually, with the possibility of reappointing him.

The auditor shall submit his report to The Board of Trustees after verifying the conformity of the budget and final accounts with the financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting entry and its adherence to the approved accounting standards and policies.

Organizing Records and Contracts

The university is committed to keeping the necessary administrative and accounting records and books in accordance with the approved standards, provided that financial and administrative operations are recorded timely and these records are kept at the university’s main headquarters.

The system allows the university to conclude contracts and agreements inside and outside the Kingdom in a language other than Arabic when Necessity, with these contracts being subject to the Kingdom’s laws and judiciary, except in cases where the university’s interest requires subjecting them to foreign laws or to international arbitration in accordance with approved policies.
